Bread used to be a big thing for me but I don’t miss it when I know I can quickly and easily make this low carb biscuit! So yummy. I love it with just some butter on top but you could also use it for sandwiches etc. 1 T coconut flour 2 T ground flaxseed 1 egg 2 tsp cold Kerrygold butter 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 grinds pink salt Mix and put in ramekin or small bowl. Microwave for about 60 seconds or bake at 350 for about 15 mins. 247 cals 31g fat 4 net carbs 11g protein.
